Additional New tables can't be created using create_tables()

The following error is raised when the create_tables() method is called and tables have been previously created.

OperationalError: table ReutersBusinessNews already exists

sqlite3 db cannot be accessed from given file path

When trying to use capture_feeds.get_tablenames() an error is raised even though capture_feeds has been instantiated with the appropriate file path. 'FeedMe.db' needs to be accessible via the given filepath.

Adding incorrect items from parse into database

Only one article is being parsed for each table per populate_db() call. The remaining items are garbage.
