[REQUEST] Option to not compress already compressed target file?

And second feature request:

Add option to explicitly specify an output image type like: --png --jpeg or --webp
Then command can looks like this: imgconceal --input=Photo.jpeg --hide=PotatoMaster.rar --png --password=1234
and will produce output file Photo.png or Photo.jpeg.jpeg if used --jpeg option
or Photo_%date%_%time%.jpeg to output Photo_2023-08-02_195035.jpeg
