Bumpup version

Installation

$ brew tap tbpgr/vup
$ brew install vup

Usage

show

$ cat shard.yml
name: hoge
version: 0.1.2
$ vup --show
0.1.2

version up (patch)

$ cat shard.yml
name: hoge
version: 0.1.2
$ cat ./src/hoge/version.cr
module Hoge
  VERSION = "0.1.2"
end

$ vup --patch

$ cat shard.yml
name: hoge
version: 0.1.3
$ cat ./src/hoge/version.cr
module Hoge
  VERSION = "0.1.3"

version up (minor)

strict version.cr bump up

allow only src dir

Add dry-run mode

$ cat version.cr
module Vup
  VERSION = "0.1.0"
end
$ vup --patch --dry-run
0.2.0
$ cat version.cr
module Vup
  VERSION = "0.1.0"
end

output version

  VERSION = "0.1.0"

0.2.0

Add --detail option

$ cat version.cr

  VERSION = "0.1.0"

$ vup --patch --detail
bump up ./src/vup/version.cr
bump up shard.yml
0.1.1
$ cat version.cr
module Vup
  VERSION = "0.1.1"
end

strict shard.yml bump up

Cannot bumpup minor with `-mi`

$ vup --show
0.1.0
$ vup -mi
1.0.0

With option -mi, it always parsed as Vup::SemanticVersions::MAJOR.
This may be caused by short-hand option -mi, whose length is 2, not 1.
