Couldn't connect to camera second time through on Android

This is great code. It was easy to implement. I'm running the latest versions of Xamarin.Forms, the Xamarin SDKs & building using Android 9 (28). My test device is running Android (22).

I'm getting an error here when I try to take a picture the second time around. It works the first time the application is launched on the device.

MainActivity.FormsActivity.StartActivityForResult(intent, RequestCamera);

Camera error
Couldn't connect to the camera

If there a way to reset the activity or continue the activity?
