Update /api/{proj}/eval camembert evaluations for 2.0

Currently attempting to evaluate a command from the Camembert IDE submits a body like

ver:"1.0"
expr
"read(energy)"

where it should be

ver:"2.0"
expr
"read(energy)"

I'm not sure off the top if that's what's leading to this stack trace I'm getting but it can't hurt to get a version bump.
