Mouse coordinates over 236 (large terminal) do not work

This is a limitation of the standard mouse event protocol.

Need to use extended mouse coordinates (SGR 1006) :

Reload view / rerun command

Ctrl+R to reload a view :

• For text buffer, reload it from source

Syntax highlighting

Support "<" cmdbar syntax

Whereas

< echo "hello world"

inserts hello world in the current view.

Termbox : Mouse scrollwheel outputs "A" or "M" in the file when moving fast.

When scrolling very fast with the mouse wheel sometimes some characters get inserted in the document.
