Installation

Method 1

Install from KDE's widget browser

Method 2

Download the latest release from github or the KDE store and run kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/Applet --install /path/to/archive

Method 3

Manually copy the contents of the archive to ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.togglecompositing

togglecompositing's Issues

Not working on Kubuntu 20.04

Doesn't work out of the box on Kubuntu 20.04, with Plasma 5.18.8, and Qt version 5.12.8. Gives the following error:
Error loading QML file: file:///home/<user>/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.togglecompositing/contents/ui/main.qml:2:1: module "QtQuick.Layouts" version 1.15 is not installed
The only real changes made to the system, since install were an updated kernel (5.13.0-35-generic), and the installation of nvidia's latest proprietary driver.
According to apt, I have this installed qml-module-qtquick-layouts/focal,now 5.12.8-0ubuntu1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
