Add installer

Add an installer for the application, so it is easier to install and setup the application.
Installer should also add shortcuts to start menu etc.

Increase test coverage

There is not much test coverage, this should be improved.

Implement IDialogService

Move application child windows to IDialogService implementation instead of Messages.

Better handling of first-time error.

A better way of handling the first-time error must be implemented. Maybe show the settings dialog automatically.

Skip Time Tracking if not available

Currently there is a bug caused by the application trying to get time tracking information. If this is not present, or not available to the user, the issue search fails.

The error originates in JiraService.cs, line 120.

Introduce abstract Issue Tracker and move Jira to this.

Improve handling of errors in report processing

It is possible to get an error during report processing if the report does not match the data source correctly. This must be caught somehow, so the user can get an idea of WHAT went wrong, not just that SOMETHING went wrong.

Replace report engine

Instead of using ReportViewer, replace it with something based on perhaps FlowDocuments.
