Headlines is a news feed web app that retrieves news articles from over 60 different new sources, keeping you updated on recent happenings from different segments such as technology, business, economy, entertainment, sports etc.
- Google plus sign in.
- Search for news sources.
- View articles for each news sources.
- View full article on the sources homepage.
- Sign in with Google plus account to view news sources.
- Search for any news source and view their articles.
- Scroll through the news sources and sort between top and latest news articles.
- Ensure NodeJS is installed
- Clone the repo with the following command git clone https://github.com/tolupatrick004/headlines.git
- Run npm install to install all the dependencies needed to run the application
- Install webpack globally
- To test the application, run npm test
- Run npm run dev to start the server and visit http://localhost:8080
