Missing quest NPC soulstones

Was doing the Overstroming quest, got to the bank and talked to Edward to get soulstones, when I right-clicked Edward with the empty soulstone he disappeared but I got no filled stone, was able to get the exchange and all the others in town but he just vanished leaving no filled soulstone. I went into creative mode to see if I could spawn him in or the filled stone with his soul but no luck. How do I fix this?

Crash

I have had the game crash three times, the first is when after I started a new game and was rebinding keys, because there are a LOT of conflicting keybinds, the next time was when i restarted the game and it crashed when I tried to load my game, that happened twice. here is the crash log

not sure what is going on, there are no problems with the other modpack, and I am using twitch launcher.
