I downloaded the Europe and Japan builds and neither of them export any files whatsoever.
At first I placed all the variants into one folder. Suspecting that was the problem, I re-extracted each variant in its own folder so that the DLL file isn't overwritten. That did not fix the issue.
Update: I found a bunch of image files in the Downloads folder of my D drive, which is a parent of the directory I actually specified.
I could successfully export to the Documents folder. Maybe the problem is about spaces in the path?
Japanese build in first release seems to be built with _TFG_JAPANESE_SUPPLEMENTAL, which is options to generate JIS X 0212 "hojo" kanji and doesn't have JIS X 0201/0208/0213 which is primarily used for Japanese.

On both this new (jap) generator and older versions of the (jap) generator, this font is malfunctioning. The output is not properly aligned, which also causes pixels in the bottom to cut off.
Take note of the g and j.
These two texts are not supposed to be clipping into eachother, but they are since the spritesheet is misaligned.
The problem seems to be with this font itself as I cannot reproduce this issue with another font, including other japanese fonts. I'm making an issue here because other programs can render this font perfectly fine. The cutoff is also present in ms paint and the truetype font preview, but everything else I've found handles it correctly, so I believe it's an issue with both the program and the font.
Messing with the alignment settings (blue and yellow bars), padding, anti-aliasing, and size does not seem to affect this.
