Give sequences some much-needed love

Sequences are currently implemented, but lack of lot of features now available in the user interface, and they currently kind of suck anyways. They need to be rewritten in a much better way. I'll do this eventually.

Serial port works very poorly on Mac and Linux

Not really sure why, I think it has something to do with the JSSC library. I'm not really familiar with JNI and all the low-level stuff that interacts with the hardware, so I haven't bothered looking into it. If anyone else has any idea or solution, the help would be appreciated.

Command line arguments for setting the LEDManager and PortHandler

I'm working on implementing a way to enable custom communication methods for Cube-Controllers.
I thought of adding disconnect, connect, transmit methods to the LEDManager interface and creating an abstract class for the serial(COM) port so the existing ledmanagers can just extend it and stay compatible.
Any suggestions?
