Issue - When the option's string was passed to the in clause the db->quote is causing issue because of incorrect use.
Solution - Adding buildSafeInClause function in helper and getting string validated before use.

Category field support

User unable to download & delete uploaded files

Recently we have done the partial upgrade in the file (normal & subform) field code. We missed to consider few areas like download, delete the file in other package like UCM (as com_tjucm works parallel with com_tjfields).

Also, there are some issues in UCM(com_tjucm) package due to this upgradation,

• User Panel >> UCM Form >> After clicking on "Delete" for the uploaded file, the form shows file deleted successfully message but form still shows the download & delete option.

• User Panel >> Any user can download any user's uploaded file using download link.

• User Panel >> User can see extra information like media storage path, client etc. in download link which is not needed to download media case.

• Admin >> UCM Type >> Field >> File Feild >> View Field permission set to
  Allowed: then the user can see add/edit file field with the download link if the file is already uploaded.
  Denied: then the user cannot see add/edit file field as well as download link even if the file is already uploaded.

• Introduced a new feature where the user cannot access the uploaded file directly(using .htaccess)
