Database for TechProfile, teams, startup fair, mails to be cleaned.

Push Notification for Google Chrome

Notifications regarding tech talks, events abstract last dates, events, etc should be pushed by notifications, for the first version we will implement it on Chrome only.

We need to add tests for checking database configuration, for login, for event registrations.

@ishu2502 @imjog I am setting up Travis and will write the test suite, to start with. Meanwhile you guys figure out where we need tests, we may also need tests for sheets etc.

Improvements in Hospi Portal UI.

@ishu2502 Please list all the changes we need to make in UI, for the comming days.
