It happened that i thought the binary content of a plist file caused problems in the serialization, but it isn't. In fact, I was calling session_start before the CFPropertyList class import, and i don't use autoload feature, then PHP couldn't unserialize the object. So, note for the future : do not forget to import classes before session_start
