This is a fresh install of Laravel with some feature.
To get started, you will need to have PHP, Composer, and database like MySQL installed on your machine. Once you have these installed, you can follow the steps below.
- Run this on your terminal
curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tedante/laravel-10-base/main/install.sh | bash
- clone the repository, then navigate to the project directory:
git clone [email protected]:tedante/laravel-10-base.git
- copy the
.env.example
file to.env
and update the environment variables as needed:
cp .env.example .env
- run the following command to install the dependencies:
composer install
php artisan key:generate
php artisan migrate
php artisan db:seed
- run the following command to start the development server:
php artisan serve
- You can access it at http://localhost:8000.
To get started, you will need to have Docker installed on your machine. Once you have Docker installed, you can follow the steps below.
- Run this on your terminal
curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tedante/laravel-10-base/main/install-with-docker.sh | bash
- Jump to step 4, to install the dependencies and run migration.
- clone the repository, then navigate to the project directory:
git clone [email protected]:tedante/laravel-10-base.git
cd laravel-10-base
- copy the
.env.example
file to.env
and update the environment variables as needed:
cp .env.example .env
- run the following command to create the containers and start the project:
docker-compose up -d
- run the following command to install the dependencies:
docker-compose exec app composer install
docker-compose exec app php artisan key:generate
docker-compose exec app php artisan migrate
docker-compose exec app php artisan db:seed
- You can access it at http://localhost:8000.
