The problem is that timeout is expected "error" in polling - you either wait and get update data, or you got timeout'd, and in case of teloxide it logs it.

This is simply not true. When timeout (the parameter set in the GetUpdates request) is reached, Telegram returns an empty array. So as long as http client timeout is sufficiently bigger, you should not get any timeouts.

I'm going to ahead on close this. Getting timeout errors constantly is not normal; it's a sign that your internet connection is poor.

If you really want to ignore these errors, wrap the update listener.
