Gaia - A realtime updated map built with C# .Net and Pusher

This is a sample project to demonstrate realtime functionality on a map using .NET and Pusher. This project also makes use of Javascript (ES6 syntax) and the jQuery library.

How to Set up This Project

  • Download and install Visual Studio 2017 from here
  • Clone the repository git clone https://github.com/ibywaks/Gaia.git into the Visual Studio Project directory usually located in the root user directory or any directory of your choice
  • Start up the Visual Studio IDE
  • Open the Gaia solution by navigating to the Gaia directory (in Projects directory or wherever you cloned it) and selecting the Gaia.sln file
  • When the solution is open in your IDE, run using the ▶ button on the top left of your IDE navigation bar
