Forward 项目的初衷是模型推理加速，即 模型导入 -(Phase 1)- 生成引擎 -(Phase 2)- 完成推理。你所提及的 TrtNetworkDesc，它是 Phase 1 的一个中间产物，并不涉及需要将它保存到本地文件。

如果需要在不同的 trt 版本上使用同样的 TrtNetworkDesc，你只需额外实例化几个不同的 Builder，通过调用 Build 就可以得到目标引擎。
