Improve the Ruby script's setup/use guides

Initial setup doesn't explain how to login

Need to suggest that can run into Ruby errors after one push, need to temporarily change to diff directory and back to get it to work again.

Explain what behavior will occur when uploading a subdirectory of current directory (I think the script enters that directory and uploads it to root dir of Neocities site, which doesn't make sense to me (if you're not in the directory, why would you expect it to upload as if you were in it? Why not upload the sub-directory as a sub-directory of root?)
