Setup

Ratings preview

You're probably aware of this, but the ratings preview doesn't work atm.

can't download chrome site

Doesn't work on the new Youtube layout

1. go to https://www.youtube.com/testtube
2. click "Try new Youtube"
3. go to youtube and hover on any thumbnail, they stay still.

Chrome extensions store now blocking this extension.

This is a handy little extension, but sadly as of Nov 2022 it seems it has been blocked from the Chrome Store and existing installations have been disabled (although not removed) in browsers. Don't know if this project is still under active development, but just filing an issue here to warn that anyone thinking about forking may face issues when submitting to the store.

The only error message is: "This extension violates the Chrome Web Store policy."

Option to disable the rating bar

Hi.

Please, add an option to disable the rating bar. Some people like me just want the video preview.
Youtube Preview 0.5.3 extension is simple but it works much better than similar extensions that I tested.
