pixiv: cloudscraper requires paying to solve Cloudflare captcha v2

cloudscraper.exceptions.CloudflareChallengeError: Detected a Cloudflare version 2 Captcha challenge, This feature is not available in the opensource (free) version.

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

along with VeNoMouS/cloudscraper#272 (comment) and other PRs mentioning "v2" are closed without any answer, it seems that we need to switch to other method to bypass cloudflare.

Images sent over Telegram are always compressed

Apparently Telegram compress images uploaded by bots (or idk how to disable it?) so at least the button "Original image" should be changed to sth like "Hi-res image".

/sauce command

It'd be nice if we have /sauce command to get image source (fuck pinterest)
