node address should be full-node address not seed-node

Problem
It looks like lcd requests connection to the seed-node for querying. But, seed-node is just directory node like DNS so it will convey addresses of full-nodes.

Proposal
Lcd should connect to a full node. Or faucet should run a full node and connect to local full node, then the full node connects to a seed-node to get addresses of other full-nodes.

Change options for denom selection

Change the options for denom selection as below

Stuck on "waiting for next tap"

Not able to receive funds. Process is stuck on "waiting for next tap" button.

Add env var for server port

ECS fargate has some annoying restriction where host port should be == to container port in awsvpc networking mode.
to avoid port collision in target group, it's important to be able to set the correct port

Faucet fails when send Luna multiple times in a row

Summary

When sending Luna to address for twice in a row, faucet fails to deliver.
It succeed when trying after refresh.

Request

Users should be able to receive tokens as many times as they want.

I'm tryng to get UST but I get back alwasy "An error occurred: Invalid request"

Change unit for denom in pop-up message

Summary

When success, denom unit on pop-up message stays in micro and address is cut off in UI.

Request

Users should be able to see the actual amount and denom of tokens.
Message should say "Successfully sent 10 Luna to {address}" without cutoff in UI.
