Takes a path as input and compresses all the images in that directory.
- Accepts a require input path and an optional output path
- If output path is not give, compressed images are saved in place
- use -i (--input) and -o (--output) flags to provide command line arguments
- ensure that you are compressing valid iamge files (image files with .DS_Store metadata files will not work)
- error checks for invalid files and paths
