If items are placed into an anvil, then the anvil is broken, the items don't drop. Replacing an anvil in the same spot causes the items to re-appear. Instead, items should drop when the anvil breaks, and items shouldn't be saved based off the coordinate.

Anvil Name Doesn't Reset After Removal of Item

On all versions, when renaming an item and removing it, the anvil doesn't reset the name option to blank and unwriteable and you can still type the name / can't press 'E' to exit the GUI.

Anvil Level Cap

Your twitch description states that you can change the level cap on the anvil. However this is not allowed in the config and seems to be capped to 40 still.
