Running on Windows / building docs

I'd like to run this on Windows, but when I tried just running "npm build" and "npm start", it failed. Here's the log:

This is the error when trying to run "npm start":

My environment: Python 3.8.5 running from Minoconda3, npm 6.14.8 - Windows 10 20H2 build 19042.985

It'd be really nice to have some kind of building instructions or maybe even binaries for Windows.
