Publish GitHub Action

This action creates a release branch for your GitHub Actions which will be automatically tagged and released. The release version can be defined in package.json.

Push a latest tag (or similar)

When self testing it's really handy to have a latest tag (overwritten for each build)

Support SSH Key

PAT tokens are not particularly secure (they can not be scoped to an individual repository).

Providing an option for a SSH key (and accessing the git repo via git+ssh) would allow for a repository specific deploy key to be used (and would hence be more secure).

Auto tagging

Automatically create new tags and update the major and minor tags.
