This is a quick guide to the layout of the gamification project. The Laravel version used is v5.0.33
The majority of the front-end code is stored in /public/assets/js/custom On resources/home/landingPage.blade.php is stored the HTML for the SPA
Further notes will be added throughtout the development to help others who may add to this project or the original coder, in case he forgets something.

On "tickets.js" function sortTicketList(data) on line 44 we're using array.prototype.splice to remove indexes from arrays.
Make sure this is working properly.
escalation_solution_time is a Unix timestamp. Moment.js can format it using moment.unix(ticket.escalation_solution_time).format().
Figure exactly how to handle this and replace the percentage critera in the if on "tickets.js" function sortTicketList(data)
e.g. type:"default" and priority:"default"
