wxqt: Qt/C++ port of "wX" US Advanced Weather application (open source GPL3)

Prerequisites:

• Qt 5.12 or higher
• C++ compiler supporting C++17 (most modern Linux distributions are fine)
• Tested on the Linux distros mentioned below, the current version of macOS, and Windows 10. (as of Dec 2021)

Running makeAll.py launches Visual Studio Code to edit make.bash

Breaks the process for building wX Qt6.

Segmentation Fault

When compiling with or without --pro causes the application to immediately open and close with the only message "segmentation fault" in the terminal.
