need to expose pair down flag in manual pairing mode

Just in case something screwy happens.

split realtime round reporting

3/6 rounds w/ 50 teams is already up to 1/2 a meg.

Set up the publish push to generate a file for each round.
Have the event index use ajax to populate the rounds on expanding

Create Pairings/Table list

Will allow for tracking which round the team was paired down, so if a re-generate is run, their pairdown round will be cleared if it was from the current round.

Leverage list lock date on team browser

Team browser currently shows lists regardless of date. Lists should not be visible until after the list lock date.

List selection is not optional at pairing

Will need a team password, captcha, drop down for team, player, list1/list2, caster1/caster2

Bye logic needs work

Bye logic pulls the team out of the pairing, but does not award them the bye points...

Check with Travis and figure out what the bye points are...
