Add unique `id` to connector leads

Client needs a unique key for any list of items so adding id in the connector data is necessary. This is missing in wpf, humanitarian_response and may be few others.

If there's a unique id from the source, use that or if there's not, use url as id. See reliefweb and rss_feed for examples.
