Create a Introduction about yourself and add to README.md

feat: let's create a website

• Now we are using a README.md file to add our's introduction.
• But I would like to share my idea that let's create a website where newcomers will create a json file where we will collect their gh username, a clear introduction, social links, etc.
• their profile will show on a card.

I would like to work on this issue.

Tech stack: ReactJs, Tailwind CSS, Vite, pnpm.

Branch to Create a Markdown table and see how GitHub Pages renders the website.

Can you make a branch where you add a markdown table and we see how github pages deploys the website? @Panquesito7

Website is not organise correctly like in hero section.

[FEAT] Introductions from README.md to Discord channel [WEBHOOK, GH-ACTION]

It would be great if the introductions, as in when their added add a message to a discord channel via a webhook. We need to find a good workflow for the following

Description

After merging #42, a proper contributing guidelines file will be needed for easier addition of the introductions.
We need to specify how to add your name to the list properly, as well as other minor stuff such as using conventional commits and following our Code of Conduct.
