[Feature] Do not use Peer to Peer

If you use peer to peer connections, you'll expose the users ip address and are limited to only a small amount of concurrent connections.
Have a look at this article from discord and how they managed to achieve this:

Second peer does not answer and many voice streams.

When I try to connect two browsers on localhost, there is always one peer that is sending voice data and another silent (failes to answer or something like that) the other browser is silent until I click again on channel button. With clicking on button many times also comes another problem that voice streams are multiplied and stacked on top of each other.
