Minor calculation issue

Howdy,

I was looking at
https://github.com/TheAnswer/Core3/blob/unstable/MMOCoreORB/src/server/zone/objects/structure/events/StructureMaintenanceTask.cpp

recently and I noticed the following calculation that didn't quite look right,

int threeMonthsOfMaintenance = 30 * 24 * structure->getMaintenanceRate();

That's 30 days * 24 hours * fee/hour. It's missing the * 3 to get up to the three month mark, unless I am missing something, which is possible. :)

session_id broken?

SO I setup a fun test server, and it bombed out with this:

REPLACE INTO sessions (account_id, session_id, ip, expires) VALUES (1, 'b9d621584366c80978056fabdeaba2cd6e4994bc6d94ee63d30ce3f0ed5936a9', '172.31.192.1' , ADDTIME(NOW(), '00:15'));

Looking at the table definition session_id its set to an int, but the data is a string... Is it a bug?
