The platform was started as an attempt to save time as well as efforts of people as well as the medical staff in difficult times of the covid -19 pandemic where people were afraid to leave their houses lest they should be effected in such difficult times. We also attempted to reduce paper work and use online technology to help both the hospitals as well as the general public.
