Add minimized view and dynamic table resizing

• The application should have a minimized view that just shows the timer, start/stop, and organization. Mostly done in #9
  • Need to have it as an option to quickly minimize it
• The application should have the accordion table use scroll overflow if the window height is less than 1000px.
  • Update: Pagination, tabs, or select dropdown would probably be better to display each months data so we don't have a whole lot of scrolling

MacOS compatibility with auto-restart during update

• Currently does not auto-restart after applying update.
• Need to change the default save location

Export PDF of work times per month and year

• Add functionality so we can create PDFs as well as the csv files

Add structured logger + command-line flags to control log level

We should have a structured logger that can have set log levels. This would allow for easier debugging. Probably use zerolog or zap.
