Add docker-compose.yml

I suggest adding a docker-compose.yml file to the docu or the repo.
With this example from below inside my weechat folder, I can simply docker-compose up -d and it works.

version: '3'
services:
  weechat:
    image: thefynx/alpine-weechat
    ports:
     - "9001:9001"
    volumes:
     - ./:/weechat/.weechat
    stdin_open: true
    tty: true

Fails to run

When I run this, I get:

error opening terminal unknown

I believe that the run commands need to be passed the -t flag.

(Thank you for this repo by the way, I was about to make something similar and this is exactly what I need 👍 )

Please retrigger dockerhub build for 1.9.1-r0
