windows 10 64 1803 update needed 1809 might have messed up the other update
if you have to look at your updater in windows for some risen the updater on new pcs mess up on 1809
and i think that's the problem (if you type windows updater into the bar at the bottom of the desktop and click check for update you will find out that 1809 errors out on install and that might be the problem.
(works fine on vista with out any thing but the normal nivdia pysx install the dll errors on 10 do not show up on vista and did not show up on 10 teal the 1809 update error problem)

some one was hexing my games on files.fm there company is shit and the person might have broke in but don't worry I have a lot of back saves and will fix it when I can. my PC is off right now because some one is also connecting remotely to it and stealing files like bmps and code clips from it so it might be a while

if you do this it will work for the sky and you can move with out the .x
