Handle color theme changes

It would be great if the diagram's color theme changed with Theia's theme.

Replace `context` with `contextId` in the keybindings

So that it is aligned with the most recent Theia API.

AC:

• Bump up version.
• Clean up package.json. One should be able to install, build and run the tests.
• Release a new version.

Wrong font size for hidden rendering

The hidden svg does not use the styles inherited from p-Widget, especially

    font-size: var(--theia-ui-font-size1);

This results in strangely positioned texts

[command] "Open in diagram" shows in all context menus

"Open in diagram" shows in all context menus, no matter whether there's an opener or not. The reason is that OpenInDIagramHandler.isVisible() is not implemented.

It's not easy to implement, as OpenerService.getOpeners(uri) returns a promise, but isVisible() is called in a synchronous context. Tried that in 9603a73 but it failed for the given reason.

Example code for the current version

Could you please provide an up-to-date example on how to use the glue code for sprotty diagrams in Theia?

Also I have the following questions:

1. Is there any publicly available code with documentation, that uses theia-sprotty? (Other than theia-sprotty-example, because that uses an older version of theia-sprotty glue code)
2. How does TheiaDiagramServer get the model compared to LocalModelSource.setModel()?
3. Is it possible, and if yes, how would one use LocalModelSource?
