Add complete type safety

This is super cool feature :). Implement it just cause it's fun.

stuff

• export CONVENTIONS variable
• add tests for utils I guess it was alpha something...
• make error abstract and extend another one from it instead
• change type names, I don't like camel case in here
• maybe check what happens if enabling typescript strict?
• exclude some files in package publish
• at least consider having immutability option
• separate tests into another folder to not be available in release package
• add ci/cd
• add readme
• recheck public api
• add prepublish hook for running tests
• add test for number included names
• decrease package size, maybe use gzip
