Additional context
This is a mini itx motherboard that utilizes an external power supply. I would assume the CPU bottle-necks due to power limitations. Waves Soundgrid is also booting from a 128GB MSATA SSD, so no USBs on this system :)

Rack Mount DIY SGS Using RackChoice Micro ATX 3U Rackmount Server Chassis,
Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850W PSU, Noctua NH-D9L CPU Cooler with second 92mm fan (two total on the cooler), Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste, 2-120mm Noctua NF-P12 fans, and one 80mm NF-R8. At 77F/25C Room temperature, the 10900k stays under 117F/47C during full load in SuperRack and Soundgrid Studio in multi-hour tests.

Rebuild Dell R210 II

In the Dell R210 II build, add this info:

Add the Intel Pro 1000 ethernet pcie extra card, the dual Broadcom card integrated in the mainboard IS NOT compatible. You can use a dual Intel 1000pro card, but the 2nd ethernet port is not going to work, use the 1st ethernet port. Disable CPU turbo mode in BIOS.
