Can we add 2 missing columns from worldmeters source?

Those two columns

are missed in result of /v3/stats/worldometer/country.
If they exists in worldmeters table, than we can easy add them. I can make PR if someone can tell names of those columns in DB table.
I suppose it is someting like death_cases_per_million_pop and first_case_date

Clear retrospective data for some countries

For example,

Which is obviously wrong for "lastUpdated": "2020-01-22T17:00:00.000Z".
Unfortunately, this issue will not be fixed by #62 because customStats writes lastUpdated as actual datetime of request, so it can't be datetime from long past.

Add columns "Total Tests" and Tests/1M pop from worldmeters

Here is those two columns, can we add them to result of /v3/stats/worldometer/country?
If there already is such columns in table, tell please there names and I could send PR.

Fine tuning - /v2/stats

If we are getting the data for the country then why not pass the country code to the query.
