[Feature Request] Ability to toggle the mod off / on for a specific world (1.12.2)

So I wanted to make the one skyblock challenge in which you spawn on a single bedrock block and you get random items every X seconds (but with 1.12 modded instead of 1.14 vanilla), however what made this very difficult is that the mod can't be toggled easily. The mod (when installed) is either active in all of your worlds or inactive in all of your worlds at the same time, and I don't want that. It would be helpful to be able to run a command to toggle it on for one world (maybe a gamerule?), while all the other worlds have the mod off, because nobody wants to have this in all of their worlds, usually just one or two, and if people do want to keep it in all their worlds, perhaps add a config option to make the mod turn itself on by default for new worlds instead of turn itself off. Having this feature would be greatly appreciated, and since you've read this far, thanks for at least reading my request. There's also the chance that I missed something, and if I did, please let me know. Thanks.

blacklist filter by keyword

Hi, I do like the mod, however most of eveything that spawns is a facade, and they are from random mods. I have no idea how to track down every single item ID. Is there a way to filter blacklist by keyword. specifically, I just want all these covers and facades gone.

[Feature Request] Ability to change the delay via a command

Would it be possible to add a command to adjust the delay between items? This is going to be fun to mess with :D
