Simplify the use of Shortcodes

Mmmh I'm not sure I'm going to work on this feature. Now with Gutenberg in core, not sure how long shortcodes are going to stay. Eventually, you can still pass an array instead of a function for your shortcode so for each shortcode call, you can pass the same class instance and a method:

$instance = new ShortCodeHandler();

add_shortcode('tag', [$instance, 'tagMethod']);
add_shortcode('cool', [$instance, 'coolMethod']);

Yes, with the Gutenberg editor, shortcodes could be something from the past soon. I will use your approach for now.
