Share details on how to identifying commands

Hi. thank you very much for sharing your findings.

I'm currently trying to setup a similar project to control my Jolly Mec Bottero 2 stove : https://github.com/ioExpander/JollyMeuf?tab=readme-ov-file
I've managed to setup serial communication with the stove and can scan adresses. So far my findings seem to match your's for the Odette stove :

0x0021: Heater state 00: Off 01-06: Ignition/Start up 07: Running 09: Cleaning
0x20D0: Power 1 to 1
0x005C: Smoke temperature in degrees
0x20E4: Standby activated 0501: Active 0400: Inactive

I'm wondering how you managed to identify the command to power on and off ? All other ressources I could find only use a different set of commands : for example 0x802101A2 to turn on. I have a logic analyzer. Is there a way for me to sniff those commands ? Thank you.

Also did you manage to identify more commands or readings on the Odette stove ? It could really help me. 🙏
