Consider Non-Retina Support

My Monitor is Non-Retina, so I had to change the viewport to support it.

// Instead of this: 
MTLViewport Viewport = { 0, 0, 2048.0f, 2048.0f }; 

// Apple suggests something like this
NSRect WindowRectangle = NSMakeRect(0.0f, 0.0f, 1024.0f, 1024.f);
NSRect BackingRect = [view convertRectToBacking:WindowRectangle];
MTLViewport Viewport = { 0, 0, BackingRect.size.width, BackingRect.size.height };

// Should be 2.0 on Retina Monitor 
// Apple suggests convert*ToBacking instead
float backingScale = [[NSScreen mainScreen] backingScaleFactor];

Posting this as an issue because I'm not looking to stomp on your code or change it directly since you're streaming the process, but figure I could offer some ideas in part because I'm also trying to learn the low-level details of the Metal Framework.
