Add CI and GitHub actions

I'm thinking about launching the tests, when they will be added, but also adding golangci-lint check.

Request to make .git to index projects instead of README.md

Since most projects will have both README.md as well as .git folder. It would be better to make the .git as the source to index projects for pman

Run tests in ci

Currently the ci is not running tests.

Add configuration to ci such that it fails if all tests don't pass.

Bug while removing a project from pman

Removing a project from pman, removes the file but still the error message is shown stating time of removal bucket projectAliases not found

path to save file

There's no hint to where the list of projects is saved on the system in the README.
I tried searching for a file called something with pman or projects but wasn't able to find one, is it hidden?

Lack of tests

Hi @theredditbandit

I see a major issue with your tool. Its maintenance.

The code is not tested.

While your tool is great, it can't be maintained easily. Anyone contributing to your tool via PR may break something and it won't be noticed until merged by someone else.

Project name and status mismatch error.

When I index add a project to pman.
The project name and status are incorrectly added.

Is there a command to CD into the indexed project or via interactive mode?

If it's currently not supported, is it out of scope for pman's features? And any plan for adding this use case?

Request to make output of empty ls command to be more friendly and usefull

The current output of "pman ls" which has currently 0 projects
