Producthunt Project

This is a Django-based Project. This web application is similar to popular tech and geek forum Product Hunt. Individuals can add their products to share with other users and other users may upvote products based on their choice. Authentication feature was implemented too. A user must be logged in before adding a product or upvoting a product, otherwise the website will redirect him/her to the signup page. PostgreSQL database technology was used to implement this project. Icons were added with the help of Iconic. HTML and Bootstrap have been used for frontend.

Home Page

If we click on the + symbol on the top right corner, without logging in, it will redirect us to the signup page.

Sign Up Page

If we already have an account, we need to go to login page.

Log In Page

If we are logged in, we can add products of your choice.

Add Products Page

If we want to read the details of a product, we can click on that particular product. Clicking on the upvote button will increase the upvote count by one.

Product Detail Page
