having a hard time printing the case - problem with print warping

I am trying to 3d print the stl for the flatbox (tried both basic and art) and I can't get it to work.
Here is my set up:

• printer: QIDI X-plus 3D printer
• print bed: tried using the original print bed from qidi and a glass print bed
• filament: tried PLA, ABS and PETG

For each filament I used the default setup for the filament that comes with the printer (bed temperature, printing speed, etc).
So far all my prints were unsuccessful.
I have printed with all filaments and tried many times but I can't get it to work. After printing, the holes for the screw and buttons don't line up. The best print I got (using PETG) still had a small difference of 2mm in the distance of the corner holes but that was enough to misalign everything. It looks like there is very little tolerance in the print.
Any suggestion on a printer that works? Or a print setup (temperature, speed, type of filament) ?
