No upside-down roofs

Most of the roof variants added by this mod can't be placed upside-down like the regular Macaw roofs can be.

Placing the roof in an upside-down position does give it the expected half=top block state, so I believe the only thing missing is the additional states in the blockstate files to get things rendering properly. Specifically, existing states should be filtered with half=bottom then there should be another set of states for half=top with an x:180 property, and the non-straight variants need their y value rotated by 90.

I'd be happy to submit a PR to fix things, but I can't seem to find if there's any kind of data gen happening in this project or if you're editing the files manually.
